[WATCH] ANC to recall President Zuma

ANC Secretary General Ace Magashule announces President Zuma will be recalled.

He says the NEC is concerned with socio-economic problems in the country and have decided to recall its 'deployee' in the Presidency.

As ANC we have not discussed any motion of no confidence...officials must keep interacting with President.

Ace Magashule, ANC Secretary General

When asked if there still room for negotiation, Magashule replied 'Yes, we are a political party. If President Jacob Zuma wants to engage us, we will. But that decision to recall Zuma, it's now final.'

He added that the ANC believes Ramaphosa should be President of South Africa.

Magashule says they expect a statement from Zuma on Wednesday and the NEC will brief the Parliamentary caucus.
