'Section 90 of the Constitution will kick in should Zuma refuse to resign'

If President Zuma does not resign despite being recalled by the ANC, a motion of no confidence would have to be passed in Parliament for him to vacate his office.

Speaking to Stephen Grootes, senior analyst at the Governance and Justice Division at Institute For Security Studies Judith February says that Section 90 of the Constitution will kick in should president Zuma refuse to resign.

His presidency has been marked by a defiance, by breach of the Constitution and personal enrichment.
